Shipping policy

SHIPMENTS

• DISEGNO AGENCY reserves the right to make partial shipments of the buyer’s order and invoice the buyer for only the portion of the order shipped.

•Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, DISEGNO AGENCY will ship by the method of shipping it deems satisfactory based upon convenience, experience, and cost.

•Except for expedited orders finalized through the website cieloluxurybathrooms.com , purchaser is responsible for collection of their goods at a receiving warehouse upon arrival in Miami, Florida or Jamaica, New York or Carson City, California.

Except for expedited orders finalized through the website cieloluxurybathrooms.com , goods not collected within 48 hours of arrival notice will start to incur storage fees.

•DISEGNO AGENCY is not responsible for local delivery, assembly, installation and/or set up unless otherwise noted on the Sales receipt.

•DISEGNO AGENCY is not responsible for delivery delays as result of transportation/customs exceptions.

RUSH SHIPMENTS

•Orders requesting to be expedited will be subject to a rush fee, stock levels permitting.

•Expedited shipments from the factory in Italy to the clients’ door will be handled by DHL Express, for an additional shipping fee.

RETURN PROCEDURE

•All custom orders are non-returnable.

•If product is received in poor condition due to unsatisfactory packaging, the client is responsible for making the claim immediately within the allotted time as indicated in CLAIMS section.

CLAIMS

•It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon collection at DISEGNO AGENCY’s receiving warehouse to report any damages before signing pick-up receipt.

•Said inspection and reporting of damages concealed or otherwise must be reported within the allotted time (24 hours) upon collection at DISEGNO AGENCY’S warehouse and/or receipt by Purchaser (door to door) if inland freight is requested in the sales order.

•In the event the products are discovered damaged upon receipt, the buyer must notify DISEGNO AGENCY in writing within 24 hours receipt by email along with photographs of each item and its packaging, as well as a detailed explanation.

•No claims will be accepted after said 24 hours.

•If the inspection supports the claim that the products were damaged during shipping, DISEGNO AGENCY’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the damaged part or product only.

•Failure by the purchaser to make any claim to DISEGNO AGENCY within 24 hours will constitute acceptance of goods and waiver of any damages, errors or shortages.

DEFECTS

•If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period the buyer must notify DISEGNO AGENCY in writing no later than one (1) year from date of ordering.

•If the inspection supports the claim that the product is defective; the manufacturer’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.

LIMITED WARRANTY

•DISEGNO AGENCY warrants the products sold to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of order delivery in the USA, according to the manufacturers policy.

•During this warranty period the manufacturer will repair or replace (excluding light bulbs), at its option, products or parts that are proven to be defective.

•This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, wrong installation, negligence or abuse.
