MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Every Cielo item possesses that particular feature of being processed according to purely traditional principles that guarantee its absolute originality and uniqueness.
The small imperfections or variations in colour, hues or shape on the items are to be considered as specific to the artisanal and handcrafted processing.

The slight ceramic differences in height are normal as the product is worked with ceramic mixtures that cook at about 1300 C °, with specific processes that do not allow a ceramic object to have perfect flatness and cannot be considered as defective.

CERAMIC MAINTENANCE

Please beware of scratches on the ceramic surface caused by metal tools or objects (including wristwatch, bracelets or rings)

For an effective cleaning, use a soft cloth and non- abrasive soap.

Do not use synthetic fibers cloths, abrasive sponges, pads with metal wires, solid and liquid cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, household acids, acetone or other solvents that may damage the surfaces.

Avoid use of disinfectants products containing solvents, acids, silver nitrate and/or methylene blue, alcohol.

Avoid use of abrasive cleaning products (scouring pads, stainless steel pads, etc.). Avoid placing oxidant bottles that could produce rust on the ceramic.
In case of accidental spot, clean immediately with mild soap and rinse.

The warranty is, in any case, exclusively limited, to the replacement of the goods and subject to compliance with the terms of the law of discovery and dispute, with the exclusion of any other service and accessory charge.

In fact, the company will not be responsible for any costs and charges related to assembly, disassembly, installation, etc. for any reason whatsoever. Claims or complaints will not be accepted if not communicated within eight days of the receipt of the goods.

Complaints or defects after installation will not be considered if the defected flaw was visible and / or verifiable before installation. Installation implies acceptance of the article itself. The guarantee does not cover defects that, derive from a use that does not conform to the type of product; tampering, alterations, normal deterioration of use, unsuitable installation or maintenance, etc. excluding any responsibility for the use of aggressive, abrasive products, etc. that can deteriorate surfaces.

The duration of the product warranty is one year from the date of purchase of the product.
